User Agreement

All Customers of EMAN Technologies basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between EMAN Technologies and the User that contains the rights, duties and obligations of EMAN Technologies and the User.

Acceptable Use Policy

EMAN Technologies Usage Policy is designed to protect EMAN Technologies, its Users and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior by Users of EMAN Technologies services. All users of EMAN Technologies services are subject to the Usage Policy. The Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited on EMAN Technologies services, such as hacking and spamming.

Support Policy

In case of any domain/hosting complaint, client will only contact us through Live chat/Email support, we will try our best to provide the support asap but we have not guarantee to confirmation the time frame.

Spam Policy

In our ongoing commitment to providing superior service for our customers, EMAN Technologies has introduced a new, more vigilant anti-spam policy. We have implemented the following policy as a part of our commitment to reducing spam related activity.We take a zero tolerance stand against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and purchased lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated/suspended with or without any notice. Sites advertised via SPAM may not be hosted on our servers. Any account which results in our IP being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated. We reserves all the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion. We reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal. This cost of the clean up fee is entirely at the discretion of us.

Sending/SMTP Limits

There is a 100 outgoing email hourly limit per domain in case of shared hosting. VPS/Dedicated servers have no limits. This limit is also applied towards Mailman. If you send over this amount in any hour, then your account will be block for minimum 2 hour's.Many of our servers have a limit of 10 POP3/IMAP checks per hour per each user's connecting IP address. If you go over this you're likely to get a wrong password error message or an error stating "login incorrect". If this occurs, please wait an hour and it will automatically unblock you. Any mailing list larger than 200 addresses will require a dedicated server solution from us. Note: Dividing one large list into smaller lists to get below this limit is not allowed. There is also a limit to the number of Mailman mailing lists permitted as follows

Domain Registration Policy

Customers of EMAN Technologies wishing to register, transfer or renew a domain name must agree to the Domain Registration Agreement. We will be charge 100% advance payment in case of Domain registration/Transfer/Renewal. Standard Domain pricing will be apply on Domain registration/Transfer/Renewal.

Website Designing Policy

In case of any website designing we will be charged 100% payment in advance. We will try our best to complete the customer project, we will show only 1 theme to client, any extra requirement or design/layout/colour scheme etc. changes will be charge seperately according to cutomer need, however if customer cancel the project in any stage then payment will not be refundable/adjustable in any other providing services.

Hosting Policy

We will be charge 100% advance payment in case of Hosting services. In case of Shared/VPS/Dedicated plan any control panel password of hosting account is given to the client, then we will not be responsible for any loss or modification of data or breach of security. Only authorised personnel of your organisation can get the login and passwords. In Bundle offer (domain/unlimited Hosting with free website) have no access of control panel, client will send us their request regarding email accounts, website uploading etc. and our support staff will be handle their request as per que basis. There is no payment refund/adjust policy.

Domain Transfer request

As per our company Policy Regarding Domain transfer the owner should send us the blow email request on his/her Company official email. " We hereby requested that we transfer our domain to any other party. Please send us the "Domain Authorization Code" for transfer. We also agreed that after providing the "Domain Authorization Code" EMAN Technologies will not be responsible any loss of our domain (domain.com) Hosting, Website & Emails.

Domain Transfer Policy

In order to discontinue the services, Please send us your written email request al least 3 weeks before the due date, otherwise the payment will be charged in full for next year and excuse will be accpeted.

Policy Changes

EMAN Technologies reserves the right to make changes to this policy without prior notice. If you have any questions about this privacy policy, please send them via e-mail to [email protected]. we reserved all the rights regarding any discrepency/issue to check and solve the scenerio.

Privacy Policy

EMAN Technologies is proud to offer an exceptional level of performance, reliability, and service. That is why we are making commitments to our customers in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which provides certain rights and remedies regarding the performance of the EMAN Technologies network. The EMAN Technologies Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees our network/equipment reliability and performance. This Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies to customers of EMAN Technologies web hosting, re-seller, dedicated server, co-location, e-commerce, and dedicated access services.

Backup Policy

We undertake periodic backups of data on our shared hosting servers, but the final responsibility for all backups of the data on your hosting packages rests with you. We strongly recommend that you take periodic backups and store them at your end so that you have multiple options in case of necessity for a restore.

You may request us for a back up of the last 7 days (from the date of request) and in most cases we will be able to provision this from our disaster recovery backups. However, this is not a part of our core hosting services and is merely a last resort. We will try our best to help you out but backups provisioning and restoration is an extremely time and resource intensive process and hence we can only promise a best effort service in this regard.

From the list of backups available and their date of generation you must select the date of the back up very carefully as we will only be able to undertake this task once a week. Also, there may be a possibility of missing files due to the time elapsed between date of backup and request for restoration, in such a case we will not be able to re generate the back up.

Please note that restoration of backups provisioned by us will be chargeable at Rs3,000/= (PKR) Account. If a back up is provided by you then we will restore it for free. On VPS, Dedicated servers, we do not maintain any back ups that can be restored on a per server or package basis. This is the client responsibility to manage the backup and restore it.

General

EMAN Technologies reserves the right to change or modify this SLA to benefit the Client, and will post changes to location currently housing this SLA at time of modification, which will be made available to Client. Except as set forth in this SLA, a EMAN Technologies makes no claims regarding the availability or performance of the EMAN Technologies network or servers. Specific terms/points of this SLA may be adjusted on a case by case basis by the specific Service Agreement signed/agreed by client. In case of difference terms/points in SLA and Service Agreement, the Service Agreement terms/points prevail over this general SLA policy. The Service Agreement signed/agreed by client, is above and beyond this SLA, and Service Agreement terms are in affect, including, but not limited to, limitations of liability Your privacy is important to us. We want you to feel comfortable using EMAN Technologies services. Because we gather certain types of information about the users of EMAN Technologies services, we feel you should fully understand what information we gather and how we use that information. EMAN Technologies employees are required to familiarize themselves with this privacy policy as a condition of their employment, and any employee violating the policy is subject to disciplinary action.
